We just can’t say it enough - education is the key to conservation.

Our curriculum-based educational programs will engage primary school students’ endless curiosity about the natural world by bringing it right into the classroom!

Your classes will be amazed, entertained and completely captivated by our tertiary-qualified zoologists as they learn about the natural world and the incredible species we share it with through our curriculum-based educational programs.

Each show is tailored to suit your class - we’ll select the best species for the learning outcomes you wish to achieve, and our educators will ensure each and every student has the opportunity to be included. All whilst we provide every student with the kind of experience they’ll remember for a lifetime!

Foundation - Level 2

Foundation, Level 1 and Level 2 students will get up close and personal with a wide variety of native wildlife, and will learn about the basic needs of each species and the ways it survives in its natural habitat, their life cycles, and how their physical features not only help them survive, but help us to group them in different ways.

Level 5 and 6

Humans have had a massive impact on the world around us, and have drastically changed the environment in a relatively short time. For your Year 5 and 6 students, we’ll discuss how changes to a habitat/ecosystem can affect the species within it, the threats they now face, and what we can do in our everyday lives to help protect those species. Our ‘On the Brink’ program really focuses on these topics, especially for species that are now faced with extinction - all whilst showcasing some of our most endangered and amazing species.

We’ll also take a closer look at the different kinds of adaptations our species have evolved in order to survive and thrive in their environment. Every body structure, behaviour and internal process is the result of millions of years of evolution, and your students will discover some of the incredible ways our native animals really are built to survive!
